As aesthetic specialists, we love to help our clients feel comfortable and confident in their skin and enjoy incredible results – whatever the treatment. Today, our team shares all you need to know about microneedling, offered right here at our Suffolk aesthetic clinic.
Find out how much it costs, whether it’s worth it and what the benefits (and drawbacks) could be.
Why have microneedling?
The treatment helps to ‘resurface’ the skin by introducing tiny micro ‘injuries’ that boost collagen production. This protein is key for the skin’s flexibility and can create a smoother appearance, too. Because of this, microneedling is a great treatment not only for anti-ageing but also for those who might have concerns such as pigmentation or acne scarring.
What are the benefits of microneedling?
Your skin can appear smoother and more flawless than before, and even more supple. You can also experience more of a ‘glow’ in your complexion. Another great benefit is that concerns like pigmentation and acne scarring can be reduced through its unique renewal properties.
How much does microneedling cost?
We’re a competitively-priced aesthetic clinic in Suffolk, and all our treatments are delivered by fully-trained experts in a safe and sterile environment. We believe in creating the best possible results – which includes consultations before treatments and aftercare following them. You can find out our latest pricing by getting in touch with our team or by visiting our pricing page.
Do men have microneedling?
Absolutely – as well as other treatments, from dermal fillers and chemical peels to anti-wrinkle injections. Men and women often have the same skin concerns and we are inclusive with all our treatments.
What are the drawbacks of microneedling?
You may need a few courses of treatment for your desired results, and of course the skin needs some recovery time. Having said this, there’s no typical ‘downtime’ to be expected, and many of our clients are back to work immediately afterwards. We’ll send you home with detailed aftercare advice, including things to do (and things to avoid) for your best results.
What other treatments could I try?
It really depends on what you’re looking to treat, and what your concerns may be. If in doubt, talk to our experts, and we’ll book a more general consultation to talk through your skin, any worries you have, and appropriate treatments.
How can I get in touch?
You’ll find all the details over on our contact page or book online. We hope to hear from you very soon!
